Data Engineer (SQL) - Working Student (Wrocław)

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Position: Data Engineer – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 1.07.2025 - 30.06.2026 
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw)
Education Recommendations: Computer Science, Mathematics or related field

The Data Management team is responsible for designing and delivering multiple data and reporting-related services using the Microsoft Azure environment which is instrumental as the base to analyze market trends and customers' needs to make a best business decision to secure long-term success. 

As part of our team, you will:

• Model business workflows using Microsoft Azure based framework
• Develop ETLs for data collection and processing
• Create reports using Symantic data model and PowerBI
• Work with: variety of data types and sources, ETL and SQL database tools (Microsoft Azure and MS SQL Server) and PowerBI platform

You have: 

• Active student status 
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to learn and search for solutions for non-standard tasks 
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL) and/or querying languages (PowerQuery) 
• Basic knowledge about BI reports design, preferably using PowerBI platform
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong team spirit
• Good analytical and presentation skills
