About the Team & Business Line:

The position for a FP&A Senior Analyst Power BI will be a key contributor and a direct report to the FP&A Manager in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective data visualization solutions.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Create and maintain data models using DAX and Power Query
• Implement ETL processes and data pipelines
• Optimize reports for performance and user experience
• Connect and transform data from various sources
• Develop and maintain data models and relationships
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Maintain user access controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Establish the best practices for report and dashboard development
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Document technical specifications and processes
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Power BI development
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong project management skills
• Detail-oriented with good documentation habits
