Responsibilities

• Customer Management: Monitor customer health metrics and streamline onboarding processes to ensure seamless ongoing operations.
• AI Model Configuration: Understand customer needs and configure optimal AI solutions for large financial clients using our AI platform.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze model performance using SQL, BI tools, and Python to measure impact and optimize results.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, R&D, and Sales teams to maximize business impact.
• Innovation: Explore cutting-edge AI technologies and develop creative solutions alongside our R&D team.

Requirements

• 2nd/3rd year student in an analytical degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Biology, Economics, or similar).
• Strong SQL experience (essential).
• Python experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Business and Results Oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
