As a Junior Customer Support Data Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for resolving complex issues, managing databases, and ensuring an exceptional international client experience. Your expertise in NIQ methodologies, RMS and CPS solutions, and the local FMCG environment will be essential to delivering high-level support.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of NIQ methodologies, RMS and CPS solutions, and FMCG market dynamics.
  • Discover Certification: Use your certification in Discover (consumer intelligence tool) to support tasks and analysis within the U.S. user environment.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain constant contact with the local Issue Management team to ensure timely and error-free resolution.
  • Database Management: Analyze multiple complex databases to extract relevant insights.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret variables and generate actionable insights for clients.
  • Client Communication: Deliver clear and friendly communications to clients regarding issue resolution or requests.
  • Automation/AI: Propose process improvements or automations using tools like Power BI, R, or Python.

Requisitos

About You
Are you passionate about data analytics applied to supporting key clients in international markets? If you're looking for a role where you can combine your technical skills with real impact on the customer experience, this position is for you.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (B2 or C1) – essential.
  • From 6 months to 3 years of experience in similar roles involving data insights or data analysis.
  • Experience handling databases and analytical tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of ExcelPower BI, R, Python, and basic understanding of AI/ML.
  • Must be located in Bogotá, Colombia.

Soft skills

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow up effectively.
  • Project Management: Capable of planning, prioritizing, and solving problems in a structured way.
