Job Description:
Job Summary- Responsible for creating and maintaining Cargo & Provisioning data analytics and business intelligence, providing the Leadership Team with information, trend analysis, and recommendations to improve business results. Provides Internal Customer Service by acting as a resource of information within the Cargo Management Group (CMG) and to other departments within the Company.

Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual statistical as well as ad hoc reports used for trend analysis to meet corporate and organizational needs and requirements
- Partner with Cargo & Provisioning Leaders and their Teams to understand and deliver on data needs, including standard reporting, performance metrics, and executive-level analysis
- Respond to data requests by determining the optimum methodology for retrieving and analyzing the data, building queries to pull and organize data from various sources, and exporting and formatting outputs
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends
- Analyze reporting processes by recognizing inadequacies and identifying automation opportunities to improve the Cargo & Provisioning Customer Journey
- Collaborate with assigned Teams to understand their objectives to design, develop, and implement reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
- Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources
- Drive proactive data usage to improve reach and engagement for operational, commercial, and transactional efforts
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by Executives, Managers, Clients, and other Stakeholders
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
- Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data, including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
- Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem

- Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in analytics

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $74,950 per year to $83,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
