Job Title: Data Analyst (Power BI/Tableau and Python)

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst with 6-10 years of experience in Power BI/Tableau and Python to join our dynamic data analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and robust programming capabilities to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analysis.
• Data Visualization:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions primarily using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Design, create and deploy reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
• Reporting:
  • Create regular reports for stakeholders, including executive summaries and detailed data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver data solutions tailored to their needs.
• Data Management:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough validation and regular data quality checks.
  • Manage databases and data models to support analytical needs.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 
• Experience:
  • 6-10 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI / Tableau and Python.
  • Proven track record of working with large and complex data sets.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau, with hands-on experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
  • Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying and managing data.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
  • Certification in Tableau/ Power BI will be a plus.
  • Ability to mentor juniors and experience in team leading.
  • No constraint on working from ODC – if there is a client ask.
• Soft Skills:
