Job Description

Are you passionate about making data flow seamlessly from machine to dashboard? Join our Performance & Quality Management team as a bridge-builder between production, IT and OT, and help us turn machine and sensor signals into actionable insights!

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability and quality of process data at our mould-manufacturing sites

  • Drive collaboration between production, support, and IT on all OT (operational technology) topics

  • Deliver process-optimization projects, from root-cause analysis to implementation

  • Identify and implement new technologies, improving how we capture and use machine data

  • Be a key part of our Value From Data team, helping shape a new way of working with data

Play your part in our team succeeding

In Performance and Quality Management, we support manufacturing, sourcing and development of moulds with data infrastructure, reporting and analytics. We drive quality improvements at both system and process levels, and you’ll work alongside our Power BI and analytics experts to ensure clean, time-stable data from CNCs, spark machines, tool-making cells and more. We are a team that enjoys the social aspects of work, for which we look forward to your contribution!

Do you have what it takes?

We encourage candidates who bring some of these skills and a willingness to learn where you’re newer!

  • Experience connecting sensors to IT infrastructure (even PLC configuration counts)

  • Ability to validate data across an OT/IT landscape and spot inconsistencies

  • A solid sense of how data drives process optimization in manufacturing

  • Background in engineering, production or manufacturing environments

  • A curious, determined nature and confidence to engage with shop-floor teams

Bonus skills:

  • Familiarity with tool-making equipment and sensor types

  • Hands-on experience with MES systems or equivalent experience

  • Track record of delivering results in a matrix organization

  • Comfort speaking Danish (advantageous, but not required)

  • Experience with OEE metrics, root-cause analysis or partner management

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
