THE ROLE: Business Analyst, Enterprise Digital Solutions
The Business Analyst in the Technology Division will support company-wide adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT and other Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, as the candidate will work directly with users across the company to help refine AI-generated prompts and assist in developing AI-driven bots. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Systems or Computer Science and a foundational understanding of AI technologies. Additionally, this role will provide support for automation initiatives, agentic AI applications, and enterprise search solutions. This role will report to the Manager, Enterprise Digital Solutions.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Engage with users across departments to introduce, train, and support AI tools like ChatGPT and other LLMs.
Assist users in refining AI-generated prompts to optimize results for business applications.
Collaborate with teams to develop and customize AI-driven bots for internal process automation.
Provide support for automation initiatives, agentic AI solutions, and enterprise search capabilities.
Gather user feedback and document AI tool effectiveness, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on AI advancements and recommend new tools or updates for company use.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years experience utilizing AI and/or automation technology is required; Industry, internship and/or academic experience will be considered.
AI-related certifications are a plus.
Solid understanding of AI tools, including ChatGPT and other LLMs.
Ability to train and assist users in utilizing AI-powered solutions.
Familiarity with chatbot development or automation tools is a plus.
Knowledge of automation (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc), agentic AI, and enterprise search solutions.
Bachelor's degree in related technical field is preferred.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience with prompt engineering.
Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools.
Experience working in a corporate environment with AI adoption initiatives.
Understanding of enterprise search functionalities and automation frameworks.
Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze user needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
