Job Title: Product Manager/Owner - Data and Analytics

Location: Within Europe

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager/Owner with a strong background in data and analytics (D&A) to join our team within Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding or a strong curiosity to learn about the IOH (International Organisation Healthcare) strategy and data quality issues. A background in IOH and Data Analytics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data and Analytics Strategy: Merge business and technology with our D&A strategy to drive data-driven decision-making processes.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize technical data skill sets to manage and improve data quality and integration.
• Collaboration: Maintain regular touchpoints with various stakeholders, including operation teams, to ensure alignment and progress.
• Visionary Leadership: Provide both tactical and strategic vision to support and advance the organization's goals.
• Operational Engagement: Work closely with operation teams to implement and optimize data solutions.
• Support Strategy: Demonstrate maturity and seniority to support and advocate for the strategy within the wider organization.
• Product Management: Perform roles and responsibilities akin to a Product Manager/Owner, including prioritizing product features/user stories, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful product delivery.
• AOM Support: Act as an AOM (Agile Operating Model) supporter, ensuring that the D&A voice by represented in cross functional agile scrum teams.  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within data and analytics.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical data skills, including data integration, quality management, and analytics.
• IOH Knowledge: Preferably, a background in IOH or a strong interest in learning about IOH strategy and data quality issues.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and tactical leadership.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• AOM Support: Commitment to supporting AOM practices and principles.
