Job Overview:

The IQVIA Data Management & Production team supports the acquisition of new data assets and leads quality assessments for established data sources.   As part of this team, this individual will support the integration of new patient data assets for IQVIA strategic and client projects.  The individual will lead and guide internal and external stakeholders to establish / configure data flows that leverage the IQVIA tokenization software to acquire data in secure and compliant manner.  Additionally, this individual will support existing production data flows to ensure data quality and timeliness for assigned projects.   
 

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the integration of new, novel, healthcare data assets by working with a cross functional team that includes IQVIA Commercial, Privacy, Legal, Data Science and Software Development as well as external data partners and vendors to ensure all aspects of the data lifecycle are addressed.

  • Lead / support meetings with data partners and clients to discuss data flows and IQVIA’s tokenization software.

  • Monitor production data quality and completeness of inbound data and work internally and with data partners to resolve issues.

  • Represent Data Management on strategic initiatives that advance IQVIA patient data capabilities and offerings.

  • Foster relationship with and support patient data stakeholders within Commercial, Software Development, Supplier Management, Data Management, Data Science, Privacy and Legal teams.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the IQVIA tokenization software.

  • Lead / support tactical Data Management initiatives on areas that include data investigations, corrections, audits, etc. as needed.

  • Support and lead multiple concurrent data acquisition initiatives.

  • Proactively maintain subject matter expertise on IQVIA patient data assets and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience Req

  • Minimum 5 years of systems analysis experience required

  • Minimum 3 years of SQL experience

  • Demonstrated experience in multiple functional roles that include Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development, Database Design, Data Quality Control.

  • Strong database knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to drive and support multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with healthcare data a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,700.00 - $137,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
