Our Data & AI dynamic group of consultants, subject matter experts and developers leading the way in delivering AI trust, governance, design, strategy, and development services. We operate in a flat culture with a start-up mindset, fostering open and transparent communication. We serve both the Czech market and cross border clients, making us a truly international team. 

About the manager 

Patrik is the team manager leading consulting services and being responsible for the Data Strategy, Management & Ethics team. Patrik studied at University of Kent and dedicated his early career to development of analytics and business intelligence before transitioning to advisory roles. In recent years, Patrik worked with some of Europe's largest organisations: supported an Energy client in the Netherlands; advised a major Retailer in Sweden; and built a strategy for a smart city in Saudi Arabia. Patrik enjoys spending his free time with his family and stays active by trail running and walking his dog, Molly.

Job description & summary

  • We are looking for a Data and AI Manager. This role is pivotal in driving business development and ensuring the successful delivery of data and AI projects. Responsibilities include: 

  • Leading business development initiatives and go-to-market strategies for data and AI solutions. 

  • Overseeing the delivery of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client needs. 

  • Advising clients on data management, AI governance, and technology integration. 

  • Identifying synergies across various subjects to provide comprehensive solutions. 

  • Conducting workshops and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. 

  • Creating proposals and promoting best practices in data and AI. 

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to foster an agile work environment. 

  • Communicating effectively in both English and Czech to engage diverse audiences. 

Requirements of the role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum of five years in AI and data management roles. 

  • Strong understanding of data management, AI governance, and AI development. 

  • Proven ability to connect diverse topics and identify synergies. 

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Czech. 

  • Experience in business development and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Ability to multitask and manage interactions with senior leadership. 

  • Strong workshop facilitation and proposal creation skills. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
