Key Role:

Gather and maintain documents and records of data, briefings, programming documents and business performance metrics for programming facility projects for a large military installation. Use information management tools to organize and store program related information. As required, retrieve archived information to support program or project-related reports and studies. Coordinate with PMO’s senior staff, schedulers, and CAD 3D and GIS team members for Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks, Oracle and Microsoft Project. Identify which current paper-based documents and processes are good candidates for conversion to electronic format. Integrate SharePoint, Access DB, and Geospatial Information System currently in use. Develop and recommend solutions that comply with DoD, Navy, and USMC information security policies. Develop and update documentation for SharePoint, GIS, and DB system workflows. Use MS Access to design, develop, implement, maintain, and update multi-user Access databases that are stored and accessed within MCEN in support of PMOs. Identify the need for new Access DB or changes to existing Access DB and maintain a log of database creations and modification requests submitted by PMO staff. Design, develop, maintain, and update Access DB schema and structure; perform batch transfers, including import and export of data when necessary for transfers into an Access DB

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint administration

• 2+ years of experience with MS Teams administration

• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform

• 2+ years of experience with MS Project

• Experience with SharePoint Online architecture

• Experience with programming

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

 

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience coding DAX, M queries, and VBA

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

• Power Platform certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
