The team  

Embark on a rewarding career in our Chief Data Office team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our data practices align with regulatory standards and maintaining robust data governance frameworks. You’ll contribute to shaping a long-term data management strategy and fostering a culture of data excellence across the firm. 

 

Main responsibilities 

• Design and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures. 

• Monitor and update changes in data policies, data systems register, and data lineage. 

• Drive improvements in enterprise data quality and reliability through process optimization and standardization. 

• Develop data management metrics and operationalize reporting processes. 

• Support the transition towards a data stewardship culture through change management initiatives. 

 

 

What we are looking for 

We welcome recently graduated candidates who are eager to make an impact and grow with us. Ideal candidates will possess: 

• A University degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or another business-related discipline. 

• No prior work experience required – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key. 

• A passion for analysing and interpreting corporate guidelines, processes, procedures, and policies. 

• The ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills. 

• Proficiency in verbal and written Greek and English. 

• Competence in Microsoft Office suite tools.
