SAP Master Data Specialist

The Opportunity

Join Seqirus, a global leader in influenza prevention, as an SAP Master Data Specialist within our collaborative Supply Chain team. Reporting to the SAP Master Data Manager, you will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP master data that supports manufacturing and commercial operations across multiple sites, including Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).

This is a hybrid role based in Tullamarine.

The Role

As an SAP Master Data Specialist, you will:

• Manage SAP master data related to manufacturing at Parkville and external CMOs, ensuring compliance with GMP and global data standards.

• Lead the new material introduction process, coordinating inputs to ensure accurate data setup.

• Review and process data requests submitted via a central mailbox, ensuring completeness and correctness before entry into SAP.

• Maintain master data processes, including BOM management, serialization, and costing data.

• Be a subject matter expert, supporting stakeholders with SAP knowledge and guiding them to make accurate data requests.

• Collaborate with our teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial to align SAP data with our needs and global strategies.

Your Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing and defining master data in a SAP ECC environment, particularly Material Master and BOMs.

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar).

• Experience with SAP interfaces such as MES, OSM, and ATTP.

• Excel and familiarity with business analytics tools (e.g., SAP BI, Power BI).

• Manage timelines, and act as a collaborative gatekeeper for data quality.
