About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in software development, automation, and problem-solving in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You’ll contribute to meaningful software implementation projects and develop solutions that improve our internal systems and client-facing tools. If you're a curious learner with strong programming fundamentals and an eagerness to grow, we'd love to hear from you. Hybrid, with at least three days onsite at the Redmond, WA location.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# and Python.

Implement and support automation tools and workflows for testing and deployment.

Analyze and resolve software bugs, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing systems.

Prepare technical specifications, unit tests, and quality assurance documentation.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with C# in a professional or academic setting.
-
Minimum 2 years of experience with Python.
-
At least 2 years of experience using automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, or scripting.

Exposure to both new and legacy production systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $75,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
