Strengthen the competitiveness of Schott Pharma by defining the AI strategy as our corporate "Head of AI Strategy" in Mainz. 

Your Contribution

• Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with SCHOTT Pharma’s business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Build and scale a robust, future-ready data and AI platform to enable use case development, industrialization, and reuse
• Identify, conceptualize, and manage innovative AI use cases and projects across the entire value chain
• Promote a data-driven innovation culture and systematically build AI capabilities across the organization
• Monitor and evaluate AI trends and emerging technologies, deriving strategic recommendations for SCHOTT Pharma
• Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible, ethical, and regulatory compliant AI deployment
• Ensure AI solutions meet all relevant pharmaceutical regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, data integrity).

Your Profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and solutions, ideally in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
• Ideally, proven track record in leading company-wide AI initiatives or programs
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, use cases, and relevant pharmaceutical compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP)
• Strong leadership experience in managing expert teams and project
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English
