Protect your sensitive information!As the Senior Director of Business Systems, you will lead the team responsible for the implementation, integration, and management of critical internal systems including Salesforce (used as CRM, Helpdesk and support portal), and variety of other business productivity systems such as telephony systems, e-signature platforms, survey tools, call recording and analysis tools, and other automation tools. You will play a key role in aligning technology with our company strategy to scale operations, drive efficiency, and support growth across all business functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for all business systems in alignment with company-wide objectives and departmental needs.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, integration, and scaling of business systems such as CRM, Helpdesk and others.
- Work closely with Product Management team to deliver various integration and automation projects enabling sales and support of Acronis Products
Stakeholders Management & Collaboration
- Act as trusted advisor for leaders in all business functions helping them to optimize their processes and use internal tools to maximize efficiency of their internal operations.
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT to align their needs, priorities and strategic initiatives with Business Systems roadmap.
- Continuously optimize user experiences and improve productivity across the organization.
Team Growth & Delivery Excellence
- Manage and grow a high-performing Business Systems team, establishing clear goals, ownership, and accountability.
- Ensure successful projects delivery through effective planning, risk management, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
System Administration & Optimization
- Oversee ongoing systems administration, configuration, and optimization.
- Ensure business systems are secure, scalable, and delivering maximum business value.
- Build usage best practices and how-to guides to drive adoption and efficient use of internal tools across business functions.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and management for business systems and tools.
- Develop and manage the department budget, including forecasting and ROI analysis for technology investments.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT, or Business Operations leadership roles, including 5+ years in people management.
- Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations and managing its use as both CRM and Helpdesk systems at the scale of 1,000+ users.
- Experience implementing and integrating internal platforms including LMS (Constructor preferred), Partner Portals, and business productivity tools (e.g., DocuSign, Teams, Gong, Gainsight, Marketo) leveraging out-of-the-box integration modules as well API-/events-driven integrations
- Experience in administering and setting up the call center phone solutions, as well as different communication channels (including different chatbot platforms)
- Strong technical understanding combined with business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience in process automation, change management, and cross-departmental alignment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
