To understand our customers’ needs and to optimize user experience we execute experiments on our website and in our App. We are looking for an Executive Product Analyst Experimentation to support these experiments end to end.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Enable scalable and trustworthy experimentation for Sixt

• Develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making.

• Promote best practices for experimentation across the organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform

• Be the first point of contact for all technical, analytical and product specific questions regarding experiments

• Partner with stakeholders across teams to identify key business challenges, translate them into testable hypotheses, and develop experimentation strategies to drive impactful insights

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development.

• Strong statistical intuition and applied experience solving problems regarding experimentation

• Expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python).

• Previous experience with developing experimentation platforms is a strong advantage

• You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with different stakeholders and your profile is rounded off by fluent English
