Swingtech Consulting, Inc. is currently looking to fill a Data Scientist role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for analysis.
  • Visualize data and present findings to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
  • Develop predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making.
  • Document methodologies, models, and processes for future reference and continuous improvement.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing large data sets from multiple sources.
  • Strong experience with SQL & database management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with big data technologies specifically with Databricks & Spark.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry and/or quantitative work experience related to health research.
  • Experience with outcomes research using administrative claims, survey data, or other patient level data, economic modeling, patient reported outcomes, and health technology assessments is highly preferred.
  • Certifications in data science or machine learning is highly preferred.
