As a Data Analyst you’ll be working with a talented group of industry professionals and helping to drive strategic development in this emergent and creative space.   • Guide Development and Growth: Work with partner teams to capture new feature requirements, generate success criteria, establish and implement measurement plans and experiments, and create reporting solutions that help to evaluate success and guide subsequent development
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Utilise data visualisation and storytelling techniques to clearly communicate outcomes and insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate and Partner: Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including engineering, research, and forecasting analytics, to execute best practices in data gathering and analytics
  • Develop Self-Service Reports: Build and automate easy-to-use, self-service reports and dashboards, and maintain code-base (SQL) used to drive self-service tools
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and partner with data engineer teams to prioritise resolutions
  • Provide Direction and Coaching: Offer guidance and coaching to end-users on how to use and interpret metrics, and deliver standard reports/dashboards on a regular cadence
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic analytics development role
  • Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Understanding of data visualization principles
  • Experience with survey analysis, data management, and understanding of data structures
  • Experience handling sensitive data, and exercising judgment and discretion
  • Experience managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, supporting needs, managing the intake process, and asking questions to scope and solve the requests
  • Experience communicating technical results to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • Experience with measurement strategies, analytics, change management, design-thinking, program and project management
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners and solution architects, to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Experience tackling complex talent development and organizational effectiveness challenges using data analytics
  • Experience designing and implementing data-driven solutions, conducting research, and applying best practices to drive business impact
  • Experience applying analytics and A/B test experiments to inform strategy and tactical feature and content development
