Role: Senior Business/Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the lead analyst in developing monitoring and observability layers across operational systems.

·       Translate high-level requirements into KPIs and data pipelines, mapping data sources, systems, and processes.

·       Work closely with technical teams to implement monitoring tools across various platforms.

·       Engage with consortium stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical layers.

·       Lead and participate in remote and in-person workshops and working sessions.

·       Design BI solutions such as dashboards and reports to monitor project metrics and performance.

·       Ensure consistency between operational and analytical monitoring.

·       Support the documentation, governance, and traceability of metrics, definitions, and data sources.

 

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, preferably in international or consortium-based projects.

·       Proven ability to define KPIs and monitoring frameworks from complex requirements.

·       Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

·       Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure).

·       Understanding of observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Dynatrace).

·       Knowledge of data architecture, system integration, and traceability.

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams and lead stakeholder engagements.

·       Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and persistence in solving data challenges.

·       Adaptability and ability to work across diverse environments and cultures.

·       Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

·       Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
