Role:

Join the vibrant and diverse team at CPM and play a pivotal role as a Power BI Developer in support of our business We're looking for individuals who not only contribute significantly to our business growth but also resonate with our unique company culture.

Requirements

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

• Build data sets on the PowerBI platform based on planning requirements
• Structure data flow to meet platform requirements
• Build reporting data for internal and external partners
• Developing PowerBI data visualisation
• Testing core data for system outputs
• Refining data capture techniques and questions to enhance business intelligence outputs

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS (i.e. the knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics required for performing the job effectively)

Required Experience & Competencies:

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and updates within the system
• Ability to assimilate data updates from a range of different sources
• Analytical mind able to assess the impact of changes to activities within the operation
• Technical understanding of PowerBI system or DAX and power query computer languages
• Ability to understand the operational requirements of the business from bid development to employee activity on the ground
