About Hypatos 
Hypatos is a leading B2B SaaS company revolutionizing back-office operations with AI-powered document processing solutions. Positioned between Series A and Series B, Hypatos enables enterprises to streamline finance operations with advanced automation. Our presales function is critical in showcasing the value of Hypatos’ solutions to prospective customers, and we are building a team to enhance and scale these efforts. 

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Presales Support Engineer to support our solution consultants in delivering exceptional demos, RFP responses, and customer test environments for proof-of-concept (POC) scenarios. This role involves configuring Hypatos’ AI solutions, preparing and ingesting customer data into Hypatos Studio, and analyzing data to optimize AI performance and align with customer use cases. 
The ideal candidate will have skills in natural language AI prompting, basic Python and SQL, and data preparation and analysis. Presentation skills would be a plus but are not required. Additionally, this role will focus on standardizing and automating presales processes, particularly in setting up demo and customer test environments. 
 
Key Responsibilities

1. Demo and POC Preparation
   • Assist solution consultants in preparing tailored demo environments that showcase Hypatos’ capabilities for specific customer use cases.
   • Configure and set up customer test environments for POCs, including workflows and data integration.
   • Prepare, clean, and ingest customer data into Hypatos Studio to ensure accurate POC execution.
   • Apply natural language AI prompting techniques to optimize Hypatos’ solutions for demo and POC scenarios.
2. RFP and Documentation Support
   • Collaborate with solution consultants to complete technical sections of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compelling responses.
   • Maintain a repository of standardized RFP answers and technical documentation to improve efficiency.
3. Data Preparation and Analysis
   • Work with customer-provided data to clean, format, and prepare it for ingestion into Hypatos’ AI solutions.
   • Analyze data to understand customer use cases and identify optimization opportunities for Hypatos’ AI models.
   • Provide insights from data analysis to solution consultants to tailor demos and POCs more effectively.

1. Technical Configuration and Support
   • Configure Hypatos’ AI solutions for demos and POCs using basic Python and SQL skills.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during POC execution.
   • Ensure demo and POC environments align with customer requirements and technical expectations.
2. Standardization and Automation of Presales Processes
   • Work closely with the presales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization in demo and POC setups.
   • Develop scripts or tools to automate repetitive tasks related to the configuration and deployment of test environments.
   • Contribute to the creation of reusable templates and assets to streamline presales activities.
3. Collaboration Across Teams
   • Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on technical configurations and customer expectations.
   • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer and presales team needs to improve future demos and POC performance.

Dein Profil

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in natural language AI prompting for configuring AI solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting and SQL for environment setup, data preparation, and customization.
• Skills in data preparation (e.g., cleaning, formatting, ingesting data) and data analysis to optimize AI performance and understand customer use cases.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support, presales, or similar role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

• Process Orientation:
• Strong ability to identify, document, and improve presales processes.
• Experience with process automation tools or scripting is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration. Presentation skills are a plus but not required.
• Collaboration:
  • A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and can collaborate with solution consultants, sales teams, and customers.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

 
Preferred Skills

• Experience in configuring or demonstrating AI or automation solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and workflows.
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday.

Location
Flexible across Europe, with occasional travel to customer locations and Hypatos’ headquarters.
