We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help inform strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, engineering, etc.) to support data-driven decision making.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and validate results for accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear, data-supported answers.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and findings in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. 
  • 1+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
  • Ability to optimize SQL queries for performance on large datasets.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and KPI development.
