Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) to monitor supply chain performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to improve key metrics such as OnTime Delivery, Ship to Deliver performance, Delivery Exceptions, etc.
Extract, clean, and structure data from multiple sources (ERP, WMS, TMS, and external vendor systems).
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spend patterns, forecasting demand, and improving freight and distribution strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT) to align data insights with business objectives.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (GMP, FDA, GDP, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, Looker).
Strong SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems.
Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics KPIs.
Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
