Software Engineer

We’re growing! Our team in Parma (Italy) is seeking a Software Engineer to join the team.

The opening is for a software engineer in the field of automotive ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications.

The successful candidate will play a role in the development, porting and integration of state-of-the-art algorithms and ML model in proprietary embedded systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate real-time computer vision algorithm and deep learning model;
• Manage and improve existing embedded algorithms to fulfill company expectation;
• Work with proprietary tools to integrate algorithms in embedded systems;
• Debug, release and evaluate deep learning models to be integrated in our AD stack.
• Collaborate to system development; test in real-world scenarios on the vehicle;
• Produce documentation and reports to facilitate collaboration with colleague;

Requirements:

• A Masters’s degree in EE, computer engineering, CS or equivalent;
• Experience in robotics or computer vision algorithms development;
• Experience in embedded programming and real-time operating system;
• Experience in deep neural nets development and validation is a plus;
• Experience in Docker/Kubernetes is a plus;
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, learning-by-doing skills;
• Ability to quick content switch;
• Inclination to cover more fields (computer vision, machine learning, robotics);
