Inside Leonardo Space Division we are looking for a AI Reinforcement Learning  based in Roma plant.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyse, evaluate and implement new concepts for the applications of reinforcement learning to different  Earth Observation (EO) vertical domains;

Implement self-supervision and reinforcement learning techniques in Earth Observation (EO) applications;

Draft/review technical documentation and presentations

Education:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering / Software Engineering / Mathematics / Physics or related field/experience

Preference will be given to candidates holding a PhD

Seniority:

0/1+ years, Master Thesis on subjects like those in following list

Key Competencies:

Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms and policy gradients;

Familiarity with self-supervised learning paradigms for representation learning;

Experience in programming (Python) and with popular ML libraries;

Knowledge of MLOps and automation techniques;

Willingness to explore new concepts for model training and enhancement in EO domain
