Data Analyst

We are looking for Data Analyst to join Research Analytics team and be responsible for participating in the creation of agreements, associated project deliveries and working collaboratively with colleagues in related R&A Consulting divisions.

About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 5+ Years of Relevant Experience

• Experience delivering, or supporting the delivery of, customer-focused software, data and analytic projects or tasks 

• Proficiency with software and formats such as Excel, XML, MS Access, and other related systems

• Experience with project management software packages and dashboard reporting tools such as JIRA, KLIENT and Power BI

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong detail orientation

• Proven ability to contribute to complex projects and processes with moderate oversight

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field

It would be great if you also had . . .

• Ability to effectively collaborate in a matrixed and remote environment with multiple stakeholders

• Experience producing SOW/contracts, and training/help documentation

Job Responsibilities:​

• Lead data analysis and interpretation, deriving actionable insights for customers.  

• Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex problems.  

• Take ownership of specific project components and deliverables in complex projects.  

• Manage overall project execution and delivery in small customer engagements with defined outcomes.  

• Present findings and recommendations to customers with strong communication skills.  

• Guide and coordinate other consultants within projects to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.  

• Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis plans and present findings.  

• Contribute to proposal development by understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions, describing analysis plans, generating pitch materials, and advising on effort estimates within the relevant area of expertise.  

What will you be doing in this role?

• Collaborating with Technology to drive quality enhancement

• Work with technology on data, software and quality enhancements for existing products

• Contribute to the development of project strategies and methodologies by leveraging analytical insights, industry knowledge, and collaborative brainstorming to shape comprehensive strategies that align with project goals

• Support definition of QA requirements for project production

• Managing customer engagements and providing expertise to help customers identify business challenges

It is widely used by researchers, academics, and professionals to find and analyze scholarly articles, track citations, and explore research trends.

About the Team 

You will be working closely with business commercial lead and tech lead to develop and apply advanced analytical techniques.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
