Your Future Team
The Services & Solutions department is a dedicated group of professionals focused on developing and maintaining the GroSens hardware and software solutions, designed to optimize agricultural processes through advanced technology and data analytics. Our team encompasses a diverse range of expertise, including software development, project management, cloud computing, customer support, and marketing. The Services & Solutions department is committed to leveraging technology to enhance agricultural yields and sustainability, providing cutting-edge solutions to modern farming challenges.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous operation of our AI models. More concretely, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a cross functional team (development, product teams, crop consultants andmarketing) to deliver new features and address customer challenges
- Ensure all AI products developed by the department operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage data from various sources and conduct exploratory data analysis
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights and business opportunities from plant , sensor and platform data to improve productivity and contribute to the Grodan vision of making growing on stonewool easy
- Design machine learning models for predictive analysis or process optimization for hardware and software solutions in the field.
- Test, refine and validate machine learning models
- Build ML pipelines for automated data processing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively and visual way to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- You can expect occasional business travels.
What You Bring
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Excellent skills in Python, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.
- Expertise in data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Ability to optimize and fine-tune machine learning models.
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics.
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, etc.).
- Understanding of stream data processing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, engineering).
- Hands-on experience in deploying models and algorithms into production systems is desirable.
- Experience with AWS MLOps tools is desirable.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
