Water Sector Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert

Our work depends on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Expert joining our team to assess how current web application software tools can be further optimized by use of AI features. We are also seeking a candidate with the ability to assess drinking water and wastewater utility capabilities and how they can be enhanced by use of Artificial Intelligence.
HOW AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Partner with government customers and water utilities to determine how to safely and efficiently harness the power of AI tools to streamline daily utility operations
● Leverage AI capabilities to conduct vulnerability assessments of water systems to predict threat impacts and potential consequences resulting from manmade or natural disasters
● Identify and test AI capabilities in pilot projects that could be leveraged for use across the water sector
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills:
- Experience developing GPTs using OpenAI.
- In-depth familiarity with the emerging role and uses of AI in the water sector.
- Familiarity with risks to the water sector associated with the use of AI, including threats, vulnerabilities, and cross-sector consequences.
- Experience with Digital Twins concepts and advanced GenAI technologies including IoT, data architecture, analytics, control, and automation.
● Required Skills and Abilities: strong interpersonal skills, ability to provide clear and concise responses to customer questions, problem solving, assess potential use cases/applications of AI to water systems and develop proof of concept models or technical documents, strong writing skills, ability to support development of white papers and proposals
