The Associate Foundational Data Analyst (6,month - temporary) is responsible for order-based analysis, as well as related data governance and support of our Service team members. Sound judgment based on multiple years of practical experience is essential, as this role is responsible for generating/maintaining clean foundational data that underpins CA’s Service teams’ day-to-day business functions. The Jr Foundational Data Analyst interacts with a variety of departments, including Partner Success Management (PSM), Sales, FP&A, Accounting, Sales Support, and Business Systems.

The impact you'll have:

  • Review and process all complex Subscriptions in a daily Order queue.
  • Perform any needed adjustments and communicate details to impacted internal stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain PSM Operations data audit dashboard including regular reviews of subscriptions, dates, and external system identifiers.
  • Monitor and respond to order-related inquiries that come through PSM Operations.
  • Support the Partner Success team by responding to chatter posts related to purchase order, subscription, and implementation Salesforce hygiene.
  • Perform ad hoc Salesforce data hygiene research and prepare Excel files for mass data upload.

The impact you'll have:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with complex data in an Operations, Finance, or Administrative Role
  • Proficient in Excel and working with large datasets
  • Analytic, critical-thinking mindset energized by problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and concise delivery both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrated ability to excel at both independent and collaborative work
  • Passion for data, creating efficiencies, and understanding processes end-to-end

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce CRM Experience
  • SQL Experience
  • Previous experience in Education Sales, Customer Management, Teaching, and/or relevant intern or extra-curricular involvement

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $23/hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.


Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
