What You Will Achieve

As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and support our Sales Managers, Go to Market and Therapeutic Areas. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support commercial strategies and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization will be crucial in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide strategic initiatives. Full understanding of complex datasets is an absolute must for success in this role.

-Data Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze and prepare complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support commercial strategies and objectives. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance business performance for our Accounts and Brands.

-KAP support and Project Management: Assist with technical support to our Key Account Planning tool, as well as take charge of projects related to new initiatives for its continuous improvement.

-Statistical Modeling: Develop and implement statistical models to predict future trends and outcomes.

-Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports utilizing Data Visualization tools that summarize findings and provide clear, concise information for decision-makers.

-Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation and quality checks.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data or Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields.

·        Experience: Previous experience working with complex datasets, especially in the pharmaceutical industry.

·        Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Tableau, DSS, IQVIA datasets is essential, and programming languages such as SQL, Python and R is highly desirable.

  • Experience in project management

  • Knowledge of commercial processes and business analytics processes

  • Healthcare industry background

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
