Job Summary

This role focuses on leveraging big data analytics to enhance network performance, optimize radio systems, and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in database systems, automation tools, and radio network analysis.

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze and correlate large datasets from sources such as radio statistics, SOC databases, and CDR (Call Detail Record) databases.
• Identify patterns and root causes of network issues to enhance customer complaint handling and improve radio power efficiency.
• Design and develop automation tools and dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
• Develop and optimize internal applications related to the Planning Database (RPO System).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration and performance improvement.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with big data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark) and database systems.
• Understanding of mobile network infrastructure and radio KPIs.
• Proficiency in automation scripting and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python Dash).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
