Job Description & Summary

The RPA Robotics team at PwC Poland consists of over 40 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients both in Poland and Central, Eastern, and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.) and utilize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions (e.g., text comprehension, chatbots, communication). We assist clients in understanding various business processes in finance, HR, procurement, sales, and logistics areas. 

We are looking for: 

App Development & AI Technical Delivery Lead 

Your future role: 

• Leading the development and delivery of AI-integrated applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives,

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables,

• Supporting proposal development by designing high-level technological architectures for potential clients, 

• Advising clients on emerging technology topics and trends, offering strategic insights and recommendations, 

• Overseeing the end-to-end technical delivery process, from design through implementation and maintenance, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, 

• Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks throughout the project lifecycle. 

Apply if you have: 

• Proven experience in app development and AI technology delivery, 

• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, machine learning models, and software development principles and excellent project management skills, 

• Ability to lead and inspire technical teams to achieve high-quality outcomes, 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with Big Data, SQL, NoSQL (like graph databases), Linux, 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  

Nice to have: 

• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
