Role Overview
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of critical data across systems. Your work will play a key role in improving data reliability, supporting effective decision-making, and enabling seamless integration across platforms and teams.

This role requires working 80% on site in Qatar

What will you do?

• Perform routine data quality checks to identify and eliminate duplicate or inconsistent records across datasets
• Conduct regular audits of core data systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Standardize, match, and merge records from multiple sources to support a unified and reliable data model
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to enhance data matching logic and improve overall data pipeline efficiency
• Support broader data governance and quality initiatives to strengthen data integrity across the organization

Requirements

Who are you?

• At least 1 year of experience working in data quality or health information management, preferably within a healthcare environment
• Solid understanding of patient data management practices and basic data matching techniques
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data systems used in healthcare is a plus (e.g., EMPI, EHR platforms)

Technical Skills

Required:

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and cleaning structured data
• Experience using Python for data manipulation or automating data quality processes
• Knowledge of data matching or record linkage tools (e.g., fuzzywuzzy, recordlinkage)
  

Preferrred:

• Familiarity with healthcare data formats and record structures
