Job Description
This Sr. Data Analyst will be the analytical engine behind a multi-million-dollar media spend account for a leading pharma brand's AI-powered health platform. They'll transform raw performance data into business intelligence and strategic insights that drive media optimization, creative iteration, audience optimization, and cross-channel activation across owned (site, app, email, social) & paid channels to achieve goals.
Advanced Multi-Channel Analysis (80% of role)
- Synthesize performance data across 8+ media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, CTV, etc.) plus owned channels (site, email, app, organic social) to gain learnings (audience attributes, audience behavior/trends, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct sophisticated creative performance analysis - breaking down messaging/visual elements by audience segments, funnel stage, demographics to extract actionable creative insights.
Strategic Insight Generation
- Work with Strategy team to design and analyze testing frameworks to identify winning elements (value propositions, high-value audience segments, etc.) within tight 3-month cycles
- Perform deep-dive cohort analysis to understand user behavior patterns from first visit through repeat engagement
- Contribute to weekly performance reports due to clients
- Create predictive models for user lifetime value and retention probability (NICE TO HAVE)
Proactive Market Intelligence
- Monitor health/wellness search trends, seasonal patterns, and cultural moments (flu season, fitness trends, etc.) to identify campaign timing and messaging opportunities.
- Create automated alerts and dashboards for emerging health topics that align with platform capabilities.
- Translate external trends into specific media strategy and creative recommendations.
Success Metrics (First 30 Days)
- Creative Optimization: Identify 3+ winning creative elements/messages that improve conversion rates by 15%+
- Audience Insights: Define 2-3 high-value audience segments with 20%+ higher lifetime value than baseline
- Trend Activation: Successfully identify and activate 2+ seasonal/cultural moments that drive above-average engagement
This role is perfect for an analyst who thrives in fast-paced testing environments, highly curious about figuring out what works, and strategic-minded / can think in terms of effort vs reward to ensure we are only pursuing analysis or recommendations that make the most impact.
Ideal for this role: analytical, technical, understands/worked closely with marketers & advertisers, and is also business-minded and strategic.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or media analytics, with a focus on multi-channel performance analysis
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Analytics and analyzing web/app performance metrics
- Expert proficiency in extracting & analyzing ad performance data from Meta, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, CTV, etc. and analyzing performance metrics across channels and funnel stages.
- Strong data visualization capabilities (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Experience with statistical testing methodologies and experimental design
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $120-125k per year. The exact salary will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week.
