Mandatory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experienced data analyst with a strong ability to extract insights from digital data and communicate compelling stories to stakeholders, while aligning with business needs.

Proficient in writing SQL scripts from scratch and comfortable working with large datasets.

Highly skilled in Google Analytics and experienced in creating dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

Able to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams of varying data literacy, especially product teams, with the confidence to challenge and provide constructive feedback.

Experienced in experimentation best practices, including analysing results, understanding statistical significance, and contributing to the continuous optimisation cycle.

Solid understanding of digital analytics implementation and exposure to experimentation frameworks and tools.
