Mandatory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experienced data analyst with a strong ability to extract insights from digital data and communicate compelling stories to stakeholders, while aligning with business needs.

• Proficient in writing SQL scripts from scratch and comfortable working with large datasets.

• Highly skilled in Google Analytics and experienced in creating dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

• Able to work autonomously in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams of varying data literacy, especially product teams, with the confidence to challenge and provide constructive feedback.

• Experienced in experimentation best practices, including analysing results, understanding statistical significance, and contributing to the continuous optimisation cycle.

• Solid understanding of digital analytics implementation and exposure to experimentation frameworks and tools.
