This is a Principal Data & Analytics Engineering position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, and optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

What you’ll do in the role:
Work with Leadership/Stakeholders to prioritize key features and Business outcomes in alignment with strategy and budget
Support overall Agile delivery including help with planning and running Agile development ceremonies like Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives
Collaborate with the development team using Agile/scrum methodologies around use cases, development sequencing, priorities, and phasing for MVPs
Contribute to overall Program Management functions
Lead problem solving discussions around key business risks and dependencies (internal/external) and updates to leadership
Partner with Fleet Leadership and Product Owners to conduct current state analysis and set strategy
Provide transparency to stakeholders into progress towards goals, including leading governance
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience as a project manager managing complex programs
5+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master managing all the Agile ceremonies
Experience managing programs involving on “Research & Development” – how to manage delivery lifecycle all the way from R&D to at-scale deployment and adoption
Previous Application Development or Business Analysis experience will be desirable, as its going to be important for the candidate to understand underlying data models and technology solutions
A combination of program management expertise as well as customer & delivery focused mindset
An outstanding ability to analyze problems with keen attention to the details, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and concisely, and work well in cross-functional teams
Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
