At Psynth, we’re changing that by rebuilding the infrastructure of psychological assessment from the ground up. Our platform uses AI to generate comprehensive, editable psychological reports in under 45 minutes. That means less time formatting, more time thinking. Less burnout, more breakthroughs. Faster turnaround, better access.

It’s like having a backroom of PhD psychologists, expert writers, data analysts, and visualization designers all collaborating behind the scenes to deliver a gold-standard report ready for a psychologist to diagnose, personalize, and use with confidence.

We’ve already launched and are growing rapidly. In our first few weeks of going “live,” dozens of psychologists have told us Psynth solves the exact bottleneck they’ve struggled with for years. The demand is strong. The feedback is real. The product is live.

Now we’re hiring our Founding Psychologist & Head of Clinical Experience - a trusted peer, insight translator, and system builder ready to help scale what works and fix what doesn’t.

Your Impact:

You’ll be the reason clinicians trust Psynth. Not just because it works, but because someone like you helped shape it.

You’ll guide psychologists through their early experience with the platform, learn from how they work, and turn those insights into sharper tools, cleaner workflows, and smarter systems.

Your fingerprints will be on the foundations of a product used by clinicians every day and on the future of how assessment gets done.

• Lead onboarding and early adoption for clinicians using Psynth
• Build deep trust as a clinical peer not just a support contact
• Translate front-line experience into actionable product insights and strategic direction
• Help structure and evolve the report format, prompt system, and user logic
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and growth
• Shape how Psynth earns and keeps credibility with practicing psychologists
  
  

• You’ll move from solving case-by-case problems to solving a field-wide one
• You’ll join an expert founding team of technologists, researchers, and designers already generating strong traction

What We’re Looking For:

• PhD or PsyD in psychology required
• Experience in psychological assessment and patient care
• Trusted by peers and confident guiding licensed clinicians
• Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
• Interested in product thinking, clinical UX, and systemic improvement
• Energized by ambiguity, ownership, and building from zero
  
  

• Experience designing or optimizing clinical workflows or onboarding processes
• Background in UX, behavior science, digital health, or prompt design
• Experience mentoring, supervising, or enabling clinicians
• Clear writing, insight synthesis, and product feedback skills
• A desire to leave the field better than you found it
