We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst with 3-6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineering, and product teams, to analyze data trends, create actionable insights, and develop impactful reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Preparation: Gather, clean, and organize large and complex datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
- Business Insights: Translate complex datasets into clear and concise insights and recommendations that drive business strategy, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline data workflows using SQL, Python, or other relevant technologies.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data validation and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize errors in reporting and analysis.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for data storage and processing.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing concepts.
