GeoYeti focuses on advanced analytics, data science, development of the applications that support such work.  We seek a senior Data Scientist to support a client in Dulles, VA.  We support a broad range of IC and DoD clients, though a common theme across our portfolio is that our team members, regardless of their role, interact with the end users around the globe.

Responsibilities

This work requires data science support to a series of short-term efforts applying machine learning to novel challenges.  Successful applicants should be familiar with working with Python including relevant machine learning libraries. Because of the short-term nature of projects and small team sizes, all team members should be effective communicators in understanding requirements, intended outcomes, and relaying status to customers.  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required to start
• 6+ years experience with Python. 
• Proven experience with completing full cycle data science projects

Desired Qualifications:  

• Experience supporting short term innovation projects 
• Experience working with machine learning models
