As Intercompany Center of Excellence (CoE) Monitoring Analyst within our Intercompany Financial Management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the seamless flow of automatic invoices across global regions. The analyst will perform comprehensive daily monitoring to identify and resolve issues, support change management processes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal system functionality. This role is essential to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in intercompany transactions and minimizing broken flows.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily Monitoring and Error Resolution:

o   Perform daily checks of automated invoice flows and identify any blocked processes using interface checks (via AIF = Application Integration Framework).

o   Monitor VFX3 for errors, analyze the root causes, and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.

o   Delivery execution monitoring to monitor the real shipments and controls to remediate errors.

o   Dispatch identified issues to relevant stakeholders and follow up on resolution progress.

o   Enrich the catalogue of main issues.

• Collaboration and Coordination:

o   Dispatch Region topics to Excellence Regional Lead.

o   Dispatch to MD / EM for immediate resolution.

o   Work closely with Digital teams to address and correct erroneous invoice flows.

o   Partner with regional teams, such as MD teams and plants, to ensure comprehensive issue management.

o   Coordinate with the Automation team to develop enhancements and support reconciliations of financial data.

• Incident and Change Management:

o   Create and track incident tickets and change requests through ITS Service Now until a resolution is achieved.

o   Maintain oversight of global tickets affecting all regions, ensuring timely responses, and tracking progress.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

o   Extract with BW report the full list of errors for KPI.

o   Conduct KPI analysis to assess the efficiency and accuracy of invoice flows.

o   Generate regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure transparency with stakeholders.

• Training and Development:

• • Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster knowledge sharing and build expertise in error monitoring processes.

• o   Stay updated on new technological advancements and tools that could enhance the monitoring process.

  ·       Technological and Process Innovation:

  o   Engage in a technological watch to identify and recommend new tools and software that can improve error monitoring and process automation.

  o   Work on automation initiatives with the relevant teams to optimize error resolution and minimize broken flows.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

  o   Minimum of 5 years of experience in intercompany financial operations, IT systems monitoring, or related areas.

  o   Proficiency in ITS Service Now or similar incident management tools.

  o   Experience with AIF interfaces and VFX3 monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with automation technologies and financial software systems.

  o   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  o   Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  o   Ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.

• o   Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

• Education: 

Some accounting skills + data analytics.

• Languages:

Fluency in English mandatory and other European languages are desirable.
