What we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Analyst to join our Headquarters. In this role, you will support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data at a global level, contributing to the generation of actionable insights and recommendations for Regions and Countries. Your work will help us better understand customer behaviors, preferences, and needs, providing a key contribution to marketing strategy development and improving customer engagement.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative Global Center of Expertise (CoE), reporting to Federico Flussi, Global CRM Customer Intelligence Associate Director, and working alongside a team of experienced professionals. You will interact with multiple stakeholders across departments and markets, helping align customer insights with business objectives and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support in the analysis of data from various sources to help improve business understanding and performance
  • Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for marketing and business teams
  • Contribute to regular analyses on product, pricing, revenue trends, KPI tracking, and reporting
  • Support the extraction and analysis of data to answer specific business questions
  • Collaborate in the creation of data flows and structures using SQL (Python is a plus)
  • Help design and maintain business dashboards using raw and varied datasets, ensuring data quality and usability
  • Assist in gathering customer insights through tools such as Speech Analytics
  • Coordinate with Global IT and CRM teams on data-related projects, supporting Data Governance activities

What you bring:

  • A University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in CRM, marketing, or business intelligence
  • Strong skills in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI preferred)
  • Good knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
  • Proficiency in English
  • Availability to travel occasionally
