Playtech‘s PAM+ Product Management unit is looking for a proactive and driven Data Analyst, PAM+ with excellent communication skills. 

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Analyse the performance of our PAM+ platform and product suite, delivering actionable insights through clear, data-driven reports.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through compelling presentations and storytelling. 
• Partner with PAM+ product managers and reporting teams to enhance customer-facing dashboards and reporting tools. 
• Design, manage, and automate dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Power BI and Mixpanel. 
• Collaborate with data and BI teams across the organization to deepen data understanding, uncover opportunities, and drive business performance. 
• Ensure all data methodologies align with internal best practices and governance standards. 
• Monitor data quality and continuously refine SQL scripts for optimal performance. 
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail—constantly validating, challenging, and improving data quality. 

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role where data is your playground. 
• Are a strong communicator in English—both written and spoken—and can turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and action. 
• Love presenting your findings and aren’t shy about stepping into the spotlight to share your insights. 
• Know your way around SQL and database technologies. 
• Have experience with Power BI, Tableau, as well as Excel and other MS Office tools. 
• Have built dashboards and reports that people actually use—and love. 
• Are proactive and intensely curious—you need to understand how things work and why, using your data skills as a superpower to uncover answers and solve problems. 
• Bring energy, passion, and a bit of spark to your work, because data should never be boring. 

You'll get extra points for... 

• Experience in the gambling or iGaming industry. 
• Previous experience of online marketing analytics, including behavioural analytics. 
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, applied mathematics, or financial modeling. 
• Familiarity with Mixpanel.
