Job Details
We are seeking a Data Quality Business Partner to join our regional Operations team. The mission of the Data Quality Business Partner is to lead initiatives that ensure the highest quality of data collected from our consumer panels, enabling our clients to make informed decisions.
This role involves working collaboratively with Global and Local Operations, Product, and tech teams on various projects to deliver the data of our existing products and work on innovation and delivery of key projects of the region.
Key Outcomes:
- Create and deliver advanced reports and dashboards for monitoring data quality, sample selection and collaboration.
- Provide expert advice and consultancy on defining data quality standards and measurement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Be able to suggest the best quality checks considering the use of data that customers make
- Improve productivity of processes through continuous improvement.
- Work closely with leaders and collaborators in different areas
Key Capabilities
Background
- University Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience) in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum required).
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, data science, and/or analytical modelling, with a broad knowledge base across the wider data analysis landscape.
- Extensive programming experience with R and building Power BI dashboards.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in teams and independently.
- Ability to explain data processes and defend data quality in project and commercial conversations.
- Prior working experience with panel, shopper, or survey data would be advantageous.
- Ability to lead and manage organizational change.
