We are searching for the best talent for Data Product Owner to be in São Paulo-SP.

We are seeking a Data Product Owner who is passionate about analytics and has experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role is crucial for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of data products that deliver analytical value to the organization. The ideal candidate should possess project management skills, data understanding, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Define the vision for data products and prioritize the backlog based on business needs and current data analyses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data science, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of product goals with business requirements.
• Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of relevant data to inform strategic decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize products and processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all data products and processes comply with industry regulations and standards in pharmaceuticals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Biology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in data analytics.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of data analysis tools, Business Intelligence (BI), and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
• Knowledge of data management and data architecture.
• Previous experience in a regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Advanced English
• Spanish is desirable
