Role's Mission
Are you passionate about understanding consumers and helping brands reach their full potential? Join our Client Service team as a Business Analyst Trainee and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic decisions for leading brands.
This internship is ideal for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn how data can drive business transformation. You'll collaborate with expert colleagues on real client projects, improving your skills in data analysis, storytelling, and client engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Support Business Planning: Help build and put into action business plans for clients, following your supervisor's direction.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Help analyze consumer behavior data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Client Engagement: Participate in the preparation of client presentations and support the delivery of impactful recommendations.
- Proposal Support: Contribute to the development of technical proposals tailored to client needs.
- Learning & Development: Gain exposure to market research tools, standard methodologies for client service, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work with multi-functional teams including commercial, operations, and global data science.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical approach and interest in consumer behavior.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, or Python is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
