Senior Data Analyst - Supply Chain

As a Senior Transportation Analyst, you will conduct an in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with team members to understand their analytics needs and the best possible solutions. responsibilities will include developing, refining, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation operations. 

How you will achieve success:

• Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and Amazon's shipping policies and conduct regular audits of shipping templates to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data and identify trends and optimize processes. 
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and Amazon's shipping policies. 
• Highly proficient in SQL, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel. 
• Generate regular reports on delivery performance metrics, including delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction. 

What experiences will help you in this role:

• 3 years of experience in transportation, inventory management, and supply planning with a master’s degree in supply chain/industrial engineering (5 years without a master's degree). 
• 1+ years of E-commerce Domain Expertise is highly preferred (Retail, e-commerce, and Supply chain). 
• Knowledge of delivery management systems and logistics technologies. 
• Basic understanding of other programming languages like Python, Java Script, HTML etc. 
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred.
