JOB RESPONSBILITIES / ROLE

• As Is analysis / documentation of functional process flow.
•  Identification and documentation of all the data used, i.e. input, outputs, transformations and data flows, in the EUCs (end user computing), reports, forums and committees
• Design / Document the to be process 
• Create BRDs and technical specifications for the to be data sets, including specifying the transformation / mappings and integration to the BI tools
• Simplify and automate the data used in the process and creation of reports
• Technical testing to ensure the code matches the requirements and managing the UAT process, ensuring all incidents are resolved

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills covering requirements gathering, specifications, user stories and guides.
•  Practical experience carrying out complex data analysis using SQL.
•  Experience of creating BI reports including the provisioning / modelling of the data.
•  Ability to lead data initiatives and co-ordinate engagement between users, developers & change management.
• Able to plan and organise own time within objectives and to know how work relates to others. 
• Experience of working with end users to plan and execute user acceptance testing.
•  C1 NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
•  Good understanding of cloud technologies, in particular AWS and BI tools
•  Have a deep experience working in Financial Services / Banking organisation with an understanding of Financial Services / Retail, Business and Corporate Banking.
• Exposure to sizable transformation programs and data migrations • A passion for enhancing your knowledge and evidence curiosity in emerging technologies.
•  Experience of AI tools
