As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting a full life cycle analysis on workflow and data to contribute to long-term company growth. You will work heavily with our databases and applications. You will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide managers across departments with business intelligence reports and other actionable data to help drive informed business decisions 
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to optimize statistical efficiency and quality 
• Manage different databases and ensure data is recorded and stored accurately 
• Work with Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools to aggregate data, compile statistics, create models and produce other data visualizations 
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Use Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools to clean and aggregate data, compile statistics, and create data visualizations
• Assist in the automation of workflows across departments 

What we look for: 

• Bachelors Degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field 
• Experience writing SQL queries 
• Experience working with relational databases 
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Tableau preferred
• Experience with Python preferred
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
